Thermodynamic Vapor Injection (EVI) Technology
Standard heating units face severe volumetric compressor losses as outside temperatures drop below -15°C. Enginevaultpilt incorporates Enhanced Vapor Injection (EVI) scroll compressors. By injecting a high-density intermediate refrigerant vapor directly into the compression cycle, the discharge gas temperature remains strictly within thermal tolerances while multiplying heating capacity by up to 40% in deep freezing weather.
Combined with hydro-carbon R290 (propane) refrigerant circuits, our systems produce supply water temperatures of up to +70°C without supplementary immersion heaters, making them direct plug-and-play replacements for older oil-burning boilers and high-cost district heating loops.
